Intel IDF 15

January 22, 2016 By Brett Doar

In August, my team and I created the opening sequence for Intel’s IDF 2015 conference, introducing CEO Brian Krzanich’s keynote address.

I collaborated with the Berlin-based company Airstage, who created the floating orbs that emerged from the boxes at the end.  Some of my favorite airstage stuff is the stuff they create for Festo.

I’d like to acknowledge John West, Organist and Music Director of the Hollywood United Methodist Church in Hollywood CA, who sold us the pipes for the organ that plays the intel “bong” at the beginning, and provided a lot of useful advice as well!

The machine was built by myself, Trevor Yamamoto, TJ Lewis, and Andrew Hussey.  Additional support by Heather Robinson.
